We are able to offer Same Day Delivery, Next Day Delivery, Timed Deliveries, Scheduled Orders, Call Off Orders, Customer managed inventory & Consignment/Bonded stocks. From our centrally based location we are able to supply nationwide and globally via our logistical partner DPD & Royal Mail.
Your order will be delivered within 24/48 hours, subject to stock and delivery service.
Warranty Procedure
All Switchtec replacement parts carry a warranty against defects in material and workmanship for 3 months from the date of purchase. This warranty is subject to normal wear and tear.
Goods sold by Switchtec are warranted by the manufacturer and Switchtec endeavours to ensure sound materials and workmanship.
Returns Policy
At Switchtec we strive to provide best quality of service and accuracy, however there may be times when where you feel it is necessary to return or exchange an item.
You are entitled to either an exchange or full refund providing the following conditions are met:
- Proof of purchase for the goods being returned
- The supplied goods are returned within 14 days
- All items to be returned must be in manufacturer’s original packaging (if applicable) and be in a resalable condition
- A Returns number must be acquired from the Sales department prior to returning any goods. Goods returned without a returns number may be refused.
- For faulty goods, please provide information on mode of failure.
Non-returnable products:
- Special order items
- Obsolete Stock
- Special assembly kits.
When the items are returned in the condition agreed, replacement goods will be despatched or alternatively a refund or account credit will be issued.
All items to be returned must be in manufacturer’s original packaging (if applicable) and be in a resalable condition. Failure to comply may result in a return for credit being cancelled or items returned to sender.
Defective goods may only be returned using the warranty procedure. Goods declared faulty by the customer but subsequently found to be within good working order may result in a return for credit being cancelled or items returned to sender.
